Coffin Purses For Halloween

I'm really feeling in the halloween spirit this autumn so I took some halloween themed photos of my coffin purses to show them off a bit better. The purses are wallet sized and are available here from my etsy shop

New Coffin Purses With Red Japanese-Style Lining

I've got some new coffin purses up in my etsy shop. Click here to have a look. Each one has a hand-painted bone cross design on the front and features a skull zip-pull. The lining is a lovely rich red Japanese-style pattern.

Recent Instagram Pics

♥ I tried experimenting with silver eyeliner, using it as a second 'flick'. I think white would maybe work better ... Also a weirdo came and tried to kiss me while I was taking photos.

♥ My attempt at beetroot pizza with feta and cavelo nero cabbage. It tasted incredible! Even if it was a bit like having jam on a pizza.

♥ Cleaning my marimo. I freshen his water once a week and give him a gentle squeeze evenly all over to get rid of any dirt particles.

♥ And here's a recent (and very colourful) drawing of mine that I uploaded to instagram. You can see a proper picture of it here.

♥ Doing some research drawing for a new piece (an underwater one) with an amaretto coffee. Yum.

♥ Another make-up experiment: green on the top lid with pink glitter underneath. I don't think it really worked, but it was fun to do! Also I'm loving this lipstick which is Nyx's matte lipstick in the colour 'butter'. It's not really a genuine 'matte' effect, but it is a lovely greyish taupe colour.

Coffin Purses With Ornate Lining

I finished making another lot of coffin-shaped purses. I really liked the lining I used for this set; it's a sort of black, white and grey ornate flower and eyeball pattern. These purses are available to buy from my online shop.

Tattooed Mermaid

I don't always share my illustration or graphic design work on this blog, but I thought you folks might like this tattooed mermaid I completed the other week. I'm also hoping to have my etsy shop back in order again soon with prints, purses and other accessories and goodies which I've been busy working on. As ever, if you want to see more of my stuff you can follow my art blog.

Shoes For Too Fast

As some of you already know, I'm a freelance illustrator and graphic designer. I while ago, having worked with them before, I was asked to design some high heels for the awesome alternative clothing brand Too Fast. The final result was this rib cage high heel shoe you see below complete with a silver spine-shaped heel. It was pretty exciting to receive in the post, I can tell you. I also received the multi-coloured shoe further below which I did not design, but which contains a Too Fast Brand logo I designed.

You can see more photos on my website here, along with my other stuff.
